it's been that long since my baby was born. I still remember her sweet smile and high pitch voice as
she was learning to talk. Hannah was supposed to be named Hannah Ashley Harding. While we
were in the hospital Dave proposed a change in her name. For the 2 days in the hospital she was
only referred to as a angel. Not precious, cute, or adorable, just an angel. It took me till we were ready
to walk out the door to sign her birth certificate. But she became Hannah Angel Harding. And she
was an angel the Lord blessed us with. She was the life of every party we went to. She was lucky
enough to be the first grandkid on both mine and Dave's side. So she was a bit spoiled. She also
grew up to quick spending so much time with adults! She's always been my little girl who acted years
older than she was. We still joke that she's 8 going on 16 most days. We had just gotten back from
New York and didn't have time to fully prepare a party or anything. We had a special pasta dinner
that she requested. Then Friday night she got to have some friends sleep over. They had a blast
staying up late and sleeping in the newly finished attic. (Those pictures are still to come!) I love my little
Hannah Bu and am so lucky the Lord blessed our home with her. She has been my angel since birth.
While I miss some of the moments from when she was little, I look forward to many more wonderful
years watching her grow to be a beautiful woman. (Let's just hope those years don't go by too quickly!)
We love you Hannah Bu!
