Flooding Streets
So early in June we were in Salt Lake for the day. All of the sudden there was a freak thunderstorm. There was so much rain that the streets flooded at my parents house. I remember as a kid waiting for this kind of thing to happen so we could play in it! My sister Michelle, had taken the kids to a movie so they missed part of it. My dad was sick that day and so Dave went out to help clear out the drains.
There were so many cars going through the intersection without realizing how far and deep the water was! Way to go Dave! He's actually standing on a corner, but it's completely covered! Michelle finally arrived with the kids. I'm not sure who got more wet or had more fun!

Wow! That is so crazy. It looks like fun though. It's so hot out now that any kind of water looks like fun!
