Fast Sunday this month was October 10 and my sister Sara had her baby blessed. Halle Jane Horne! Afterwards we had our monthly family home evening together and celebrated the birthdays for that month. We had 1 year old Lexi, 6 year old Berkeley, and my brother-in-law Scott (not sure how old he is!)

October starts to bring cooler weather, but for those that know me and my family, that doesn't necessarily mean we dress like it! I don't even know where we were going, but Jonas was comfortable so I guess thats the important part. He's definitely his father's son!
On Dave's way home from work he picked up Jonas at a nearby friends house and brought him home!
Hannah started taking ballroom dance as an afterschool program this year. She had her first competition this month. It was a new experience for us all. She had been practicing with 2 different boys and was to compete in 2 different dances - swing and cha cha. Well, the one boy didn't show up, so she had the same one for both dances. Unfortunately this little boy didn't seem to really care about it or want to be there. They did a great job, but didn't make it to the second round. But it was a good learning experience for Hannah and us all! I'm so proud of her and how much she's learned in such a little time. She's such a hard worker!
